After a record turnout of 29 Sevens at the Phoenix in Hook for the Reading area meet of the Lotus 7 Club, an impromptu 3 ship blat departed the very busy Phoenix, which seems to have been rejuvenated from an quiet, very empty place to a thriving gastro-pub by its new owners !

The route took us past a star-lit Odiham airfield and onto our favourite BP Station for much needed coffee and (low-fat !!) doughnuts. Cheers to Bob for supplying said Doughnuts.
