The 911 shrunk in all the rain we've been having, and has morphed into the new 'Robs' Ride !'
Everyone said I'll miss the power.....I do , but the thing is so much fun to drive, it more than makes up for it. It has the utilitarian feel of my old VW beetle, and has some really cool styling touches. Apart from the very cool body, the Brabus version has about 25% extra BHP, a paddle gearshift, guage pods for clock and rev-counter, power-steering, some very nice diamond cut monoblock alloys, and must be the only car on the road that manages to be both butch AND cute at the same time !!!!
Anyway, manlyness issues aside, You are at eye-level with 4x4 drivers,it accelerates very briskly up to (and probably over) the limit, and the looks on BMW and Merc drivers as you overtake them is fantastic.
